Physiochemical properties: Colorless or light yellowish crystal. Melting point: 61°C - 63°C, boiling point: 187°C - 191°C. easy deliquescence, soluble in water, ethanol and ether. Strong corrosion can destroy metal, rubber and cork etc..

Uses：
1. Used in producing carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC).
2. In pharmaceutical industry, it is used in producing intermediates of caffeine, adrenal gland, aminoacetic acid, Vitamin B 6 and aureomycin etc..
3. In pesticide industry, it is used in producing intermediates of dantox, naphthylacetic acid, weedicide and chemical weed killer etc..
4. Used in producing indigo blue and related dyes in dyes industry.
5. Used as intermediates of chemical reagent and many kinds of organic synthesis.

Packing, transportation and storage
Packed in polypropylene woven bag lined with two layers of plastic bag, NW: 50kg per bag. Avoid drench and moisture in transportation. Stored in dry and draughty place. Period of validity: 1 year at normal temperature.
